to those who have been reading my blog, ever since the days im not in flying school, the days that im in it, and until today i would like to say thank you for having an interest to all the nonsense that i made up just to make a sentence become a paragraph. and at the same time i would like to apologize for my lack of updating. most of it because i dont have time or ideas to be constructed into a post. but to get things straight to the money, for now, i would like to share with you all my side-blog jazmihisyam.tumblr.com. the reason i have this account is because suddenly i do feel the desire to blog and do something that i can share with you all in real time with a breeze, where uploading and creating posts is not a hassle. today, the growth of mobile technology and things ranging from gadgets, applications and other things are so fast that it has come to a point in which i would be completely unable to understand and function it properly all by myself. and one of the examples of those things are the sentence before this. because if i solely rely on this current platform that flightcast is on, i dont think im able to make much updates due to the reason that i need a computer everytime if i want to put something out.

so, by using my side-blog i will be updating it quite more frequently and surely it will consist more nonsense. dont worry this is not the end of flightcast. flightcast will still be here, but the contents will be more like a sort of summary for things that has been passing by me whereas the tumblr blog will be like bits and pieces of everything weird and cool and disgusting that i stumble upon my daily life. so do check it out if you still care and prepare to be overwhelmed of its immaturity and also the despair of its existence. thank you very much and have a pleasant weekend people.

im in kota kinabalu at the moment. just arrived for a short stop before hitting the skies (...in a good way) again tomorrow morning. im really at my worst right now because my body is still trying to re-configure its natural clock to make me living and sleeping like a normal person again. it took me almost an hour and a half to fall asleep last night at 11. the flight today was nice. clear skies wonderful weather, and everything seemed to fall into place quite well. im really looking forward for tomorrow's flight and i'll keep you all updated if i have time. for now i need to rest. yes i don't shower. it's me going green... literally.

finally, i have finished the 737-800 conversion. did it on the 15th of april and nothing is more satisfying then to see some mixed emotions of neglect and despair that came from my friend's face right after when i asked him to take a photo of myself as above. stay tuned for more.

The Story So Far

starting from today, it has been a month for my involvement with the boeing 737-800 conversion course. things are looking pretty good, and lots of surprises got unfolded along the way. the experience during the classroom sessions are pretty much the same as before, where you feel like you want to understand every little things precisely but at the end of the day you just know that it is impossible to even understand 1 single concept. anyway, lets put the technical stuff aside.

personally, i've been a fan of the 737 series ever since i was a kid. and to be honest, it is my favorite aircraft. most people fancy the big stuff, like the jumbo 747 or the fat lady that's been made famous with the name A380. but as for me, the number 737 sounds bigger than the rest, and to be able of having this great yet "beyond the horizon" opportunity to fly this piece of solid engineering totally worth a handful of uncountable appreciations. will keep you updated, sincerely from the guy who is sitting on the right side.

people and friends. i guess thats one of the most common way to start your day by saying something either to a stranger or mates. as for me, right now i've just woken up and i have a slight head-ache. will be reporting for work in a couple of hours and this weekend was just sheer amazing.

i went to singapore for a break, and im the type of people who really suck when it comes to buying stuff because i will usually end up buying things that are similar to ones that i've already owned, if not, same. and on top of that i rarely shop, so this time, it's kinda like a surprise for me, because things went the other way around. im not saying that i've totally adept the arts thats been around, mastered, very strong and dominant in girls and wives, but all im saying is that i've wasted money on the same thing again. for instance, i've wrecked a pair of vans and i bought the same pair of vans. anyway, will be updating some great things next week. do keep your eye on this page. not literally, but at least bookmark this page or something. have fun at work, and don't ever give excuses about having monday blues. because people like me are still failing to understand what it means. take care.

ok. how do i start.. i think nowadays it's kinda frequent for me to apologize before i begin a blog post. so i think im gonna do that again. im sorry for not updating this page of mine regularly. back then during early days of my blog, back in 07 that is, i feel like i can have all the time and i can put on anything that goes though my mind. but time doesn't feel like that anymore. it's not spacious as before. the four walls are cramping in. its safe to say that im getting slower in gathering up ideas for my blog.

the last post was regarding the guided tour at the ATCC. its pretty timid to be called a post actually. bear in mind that it only consist few strings of letters and just 2 photos. yes i am that slow nowadays. even with all the mobile sophisticated technology and stuff, of which enables people to easily refresh their facebook status or twitter on the go, i still find it lazy at times. even at times where i dont feel lazy in updating it, it'll for sure consists of something stupid. hands down.

so life for me at the moment is pretty fast. maybe about 1.5 times faster than previous daily experience. the company that i work with is expanding. a good sign. talk about working and business, i'm certainly very very new when in comes to it. i barely understand what tax means, and what are those minus symbols doing on my payslip? i know nothing. hows that for a take on ignorance? on top of that, in the place that i work, from my own personal opinion, i think it's kinda hard for me to find a good friend. i do have colleagues, but its just the natural instincts that gave me a certain level of boundaries, limiting the interaction that i can throw in between me and them. maybe it's because my workmate keeps changing everyday that i barely have a notion to urge me to get to know that person extensively. and i mean up to a point where i can keep their phone numbers under the "friends" group in my contacts.

and yeah, before i forget, ramadan and raya had passed and i hope everyone that celebrate it, really had a blastful holiday with their friends and family. i'll try my best to keep up the pace with updating stuff in this site, but until the next post, sayonara from me. live fun!

today is june 18th. the digital clock at the edge of my computer screen says its 12:52 pm. i wonder when was the last time that i really seize the day wholeheartedly?... where the feelings like being all excited for the day by waking up at 7 am, having a real breakfast and getting a shower in the morning totally make sense. and i don't mean a 10 o'clock breakfast... and you people still call that breakfast? other than that, if it wasn't for work, all i see now is that my life or my day, pretty much starts at 12 in the afternoon. i don't know why i'm typing this. but i just hope by doing this i can get my mind uncluttered. music is all i care about ever since i have auditory perception. and i didn't watch that much tv either.

i appreciate my job. back then, the people around me tend to look at different perspective when they hear the word "pilot". to summarize things, they will talk more regarding the negative stuff about pilots. i used to hate them. but now, i don't blame them. now i do realize that they were kind of like giving me a heads up of how my industry is like. how my environment unfolds when i put on that white shirt with the epaulettes. how people approached me as i walked pass them. it's all nice with bad intentions. it will slowly deviates you off your path if you don't hold on to yourself. i knew things aren't like this during the golden years of aviation. but now its already a plague. a plague caused from civilization failure, human ego and undivided sectors of different priorities given to life on different individuals. i knew nothing about politics, but i think i do know roughly what civilization means.

i wish that all of the wing operators nowadays decides to be who they are now 100% only because the passion and interest they have in flying and airplanes respectively. otherwise, the term "pilots" can never be used anymore. it's already have been polluted. believe me.

at some point you need to move towards what you want. you can't just sit on the side of the road or forever your dreams will haunt. you have to walk until your feet bleed. you have to fall real hard and learn to succeed. i love this winding road of aviation and i have been traveling. it keeps meaning more to me with every mile unraveling. with every hours i give. with every flights i relive. with every numbers that I write. with every friendship i ignite. it all means that much more to me when i see how far i've gone. not in aviation, but in my current 21.5 years of life, and some more remaining in god's hands. cause even when my feet were blistered and bloodied, i know i can still walk on.

last week was quite a full week for me. came back from a night stop in penang on monday, relax on tuesday, work again on wednesday and the pattern continued back and forth till yesterday. i also realized that i haven't been using my digital camera much. i guess it's more like an offbeat for it ever since i got a better camera phone. anyway, it made me think that i should start to be more active again in this blog. i did some facelift for this site, so that i'm all excited again for each and every letter and time i type, and try not to get lazy as usual... hopefully.

when you fall in love. you fall hard. we just can’t help it. when you love someone, in a way you are trading hearts. you unlock your chest, reach the heart of your loved and slowly insert it to yours, totally locking it away forever or for eternity. most of us know the feeling. or maybe not. love is falling, but never touching the ground. then how do love falls? love is always falling upwards.

when sitting down to write out each chapter of my life, i always seem to acquaint with the same bunches of y’s, o’s, and u’s. you find the person you love and it’s like a slow rotation of planet earth. life turns to slow motion. it starts with the loss of breath, slowly makes your insides tingles, and ends with your cheeks being pulled up and away..almost like the puppet master is twitching at the strings connected to the corners of your mouth. and the puppet master is none other than yourself of course. love is your heart smILIng in an inspiring way. you start spending time with the person you care for and it only gets better. when you laugh, you laugh differently than you ever had before..because this time it’s real. you become attached to living life horizontally, and not to forget…you even start watching family or love related movies, music and tv shows and also trying foods that you say to your friends that you’d never eat again. yes..maybe even lamb. and the best part, you don't feel guilty and on top of that you feel great and have nothing to complaint about.

why do we fall in love? is it because we don’t want to be alone? can love be influenced? whatever and however this powerful emotion works…you do know that the process is done when you slowly starts dancing in the kitchen late at night even when you just want to swallow a pill. you smile when the phone rings, even when it doesn't ring you're still smILIng. also, voices sing to you about songs that make you feel that somewhere in this world in a parallel time, you've found a special someone you can happily merge your existence with. you think about her everyday. you’ve hung all of your memories around your mind’s room with cute little decorations and confetti. you press the "print screen" button on your keyboard of your desktop each time you've shared sweet words in the chatroom. you’ve kept the movie ticket stubs of all the flicks you catch together. remember walking out and telling her how the love in the movie was nothing compared to the one that you two shared? you hear her voice in the static between the radio stations that play the same songs that you both love. you see her face in your eyes when you look into the mirror on the bi-daily basis. hearing her voice sing into your ear was honestly the glue that held your bones together. you’d rather be able to lay under the night and just replay “us” in your head and smile to yourself than be with anyone else. it's that phenomenal. and it suppose to be phenomenal and boundless.

my mom taught me my whole life that love is the only thing that matters in the end. we are all humans. we will be going through rough times…but things will get better. find someone that shines through it all. finding one may take some time…but it will really worth the wait, guaranteed. i have found my ocean eyes. the amazing mind, and the heart of an angel sky. im all grateful to share my life with a girl who’s smile i use to speak. and though coins might make the clocks tick, love makes the hearts beat.

it has been fast to say the least. it starts with a splash, followed by a continuous hectic day of flights, got a day off or two, out for a night-stop flight, then comes my rest day again. and with all that rolled into one sentence, its already december the 20th. actually, 2009 the whole year itself has been fast. come to think about it, time revolves so quick that i didn't even realize everything that's been happening around me. life is phenomenal if you think it is. time will just go by, and soon you realize that you're already an adolescent. more of sleeping and awaking, you soon realize that you're and adult. "what goes after adult?" you might ask. i'd say being wise. not all adults are wise, and you can't be wise before you are an adult. as for me, i'm still figuring out at which part of this 3 realities that i literally am or in between right now.

what i have grown to understand is that i can be anything that i wanted to be back then when i was a kid. i can be a scientist… a rock star… a racer… a ball player…and yes, maybe even batman. take all of those little lessons you’ve learned and plant them. stand back and watch them grow. we can all learn something from ourselves, from our innocence… from the days when we didn’t have set schedules, due dates, or stress. our hearts don’t change when we get older, they just gain a different sensibility of priorities, lists and physical existence. if we can find the few seconds everyday to think about what our hearts really adore and miss, we can find the true key to happiness. happiness isn’t doing what you are good at, or what you have to do… it’s doing what you want to do and LOVE to do. love isn’t time. love is a smile. just go back to when you were younger and didn’t have a care in the world. don’t be afraid to hop into the sandbox, to spill a little juice on your shirt, or to get thrown in time out for a minute or two. that’s all part of the fun. we can all learn from who we used to be… because who we used to be will always be a part of who we are, and who we will always want to be, and love just wraps it up in a warm wonderful way.

Twenty One

it took me a while to really realize that i am 21. all of my life i’ve wanted to be someone. maybe not a miracle maker, but perhaps a pinch of a prayer. a soul shaker. not much of a risk taker. could be a barrier breaker. you only weigh as much as your wings can hold. is my age a number? add a handful of zeros and you have one tenth of how many miles i’ve traveled in the past month. take the "1" off the end of 21, and you get the number of real friends i have. twenty one is also the number of days where i last met my mother and have lunch with her. the number twenty one isn’t just my age. it’s my life.

growing up is a hard mirror to stare into. it’s like spilling all of your coins on the floor, or like trying to ride your bike for the first time without walls in between and falling down and scraping your knee. growing up is trying to remember your dreams when you wake up, and trying to determine which is reality and which is just an inner part of your subconscious mind. the ones that are bad, you pay no heed to it. those that're good, you believe and dwell upon it. wholeheartedly.

when waking up each and everyday…i open my eyes to an open sky. not literally, i prefer sleeping under a roof…but to a day of endless possibilities. who knows what the day holds. today could be a normal day. but one thing for sure, it will always be the day i look god in the eyes and shake his hand. and be really thankful for what he had showed me for the past years, and what he had gave me for the past month.

me and my friends went to singapore recently to relax, breathe, and have fun. the main goal for the trip actually was that these guys wanted to do some mods on their fd2R. so we went there only for one night just for upgrading the cars. while there we video taped and took pictures of pretty much every single move that we made. so i am going to be posting some pictures of our trip. unfortunately, by "some" i mean most of them will be of me…or me and a friend or two.

below is a pilot named ismail. currently he's on the boeing 737-400. he plays "living on a prayer" by bon jovi in guitar hero at expert level. he sleeps in cupboards.

plus, you might recognize the dude in the last picture... im talking about the one with the red shirt of course. a quick note about him, his name is ari and he is a boeing 777 rated pilot. also a pro photographer. he took tons of photos using his gigantic camera during the trip. can't wait to see all the photos from him. you can check out his blog here. talk to you guys soon!!!

happy fasting friends. ramadan is just good. hope you all are enjoying and totally making tons of benefits from it. last night was a night stop flight from penang. it's the last flight for the month of august for me, and i'll be hitting my hometown kota bharu next week. the flight roster or schedule for september is out, and with the extra flights and all, it seems like september is going to be interesting. i will not be back for raya, and i'll be celebrating it here in KL... in the sky... if hari raya falls on the 22nd. should be a great experience.

anyway, a lot of birthday greetings has been floating and been tossed around from text messages to emails and of course facebook. so yeah, every wish is like a reminder "hey, you're getting old" disguised in a very polite manner. so again, thanks for the painful reminder

Weekend Review

hello world (...yes, everybody is reading this). what an amazing weekend i've had. really. it's even more amazing than yours. trust me. i spend 80% of the time at home. playing video games. when im not busy with work, my fingers got all work out pressing the buttons. i've tried resident evil 5... and i failed. again, and again. plus, the zombies really scares me good. so yeah, yet another epic fail with resident evil. i can never play that game.

anyway, i've finished my ATR 72 conversion, and next would be a thing they call SEP. it's not sex educational program, but the real meaning behind those acronyms is safety & emergency procedures...(i think). it'll take about 4 days, and there will be drills all around. will be learning about all the things regarding safety and there will be a wet drill as well. i think that would be the part that excites me the most. getting all wet in the swimming pool with 5 grown up man. i mean who wouldn't right? overall, im quite thankful that the conversion is finished, and i am now a lot less busier. everything has been great, and a lot of things has been learnt from all the situations where the stress and the fun co-exist at the same time. i'll try to update more, and i will also try to go out more... like what normal people would do. so that's all for now, it's sunday, it's 1130 am. what should i do? im thinking lunch. greek salad would be nice. see you around people.

as for now, i've already reached the 2nd week on this treadmill running towards my new life... sort of. everything has been going fast, the time, the fuel consumption, the people, the meal that i eat, the lies that i've told to the new people that i've met, and all sorts of stories about me that i made up and brag about to all those fine people around me just to tell them that i am indeed one of the great descendants of king arthur. unluckily, no one believes it. epic failure. puke and cry.

i've basically finished the ground school part of the conversion. up for the next 3 weeks, would be the simulator. it should be interesting. i hope. we'll see how it goes, and if i'm lucky, i'll snap a few photos... if i can. so that's it for now, and... i also believe that somewhere in this world, there exist a bowl of salad, that within the next minute, i will eat. have a wonderful weekend.

wow to the f1 melbourne GP . i haven't been updating myself with formula 1 for quite a while, but just now when i watched it, there's been a lot of changes. in rules, in systems, in the shape of the cars and not to mention the teams and drivers... their helmets as well. but the best thing for me personally is the KERS technology. it's a short form for Kinetic Energy Recovery System. the previous last four words before this sentence is indeed very odd and it alienates me big time. what is kinetic? is it something like synthetic?... anyway, the video below did a good job to explain everything about the new "more exciting" f1 2009 season. check it.

The Box That Doesn't Fit The Trunk

the other day i went to the apartment to collect my belongings. thought of going there on tuesday, but it's been raining all the way since. then last night was ok, so i proceed with my plan. i had like 2 box full of stuff. i figured it can't fit inside my already limited trunk space of my car. thinking of putting it at the back-seat section. then i realized that it's not practical. the box for sure will not stay stationary and at the same time it'll block the rear view, whenever i glanced at the rearview mirror. i opened the box, and there were like a bunch of stuff of which i already forgot that i've had or owned. my sketchbook was there as well. that sketchbook was like my journal. the only thing that made it different from a typical journal was that it contained drawings rather than words. before this no one had ever seen or touched or turn the pages of that sketchbook. at first i felt a bit weird... mac said the content was wonderful. what he didn't know was that each one of those drawings that he saw, does have a meaning behind it. i gave him a dead smile and still having that weird feeling the whole time.

mac finally finished his 200 hours of flying and he asked me to help him out on filing up the forms and all the works that he needed to do for the license application before he leave for sarawak this saturday. we had a few drinks, and talked a lot. most of it were flashbacks. we recalled everything last night. starting from the very first day when all of us batch 10 arrived here in kota bharu. from how the principal unintentionally mistaken fadzil as a nepalese cadet, to how kelvin sleep at night with his hat on, trips and vacations that we all had during the course, ridzuan did the right decision to land in terengganu and escaped a life threatening situation... everything. not to forget about how annoying zul's voice was every morning when he knocked my door just to wake me up (he did a good job though... every morning!).

we've had a hell lot of life during this 21 months. we've bled crimson and blue. but for each of us, i think the time that we all felt very bummed and totally out of focus was when kelvin announced that he's leaving. i remembered the moment of silence, and also the facial expressions from each and every one of us (including the nepalese guys) after rodney read the letter that kelvin wrote. at that time, ashwin, mukesh, suresh, and raman were playing the monopoly game on their laptop. "he's really leaving this course?" yelled rabin from the corner of the room. everyone felt the sadness. even till now, i still can’t believe what happened, and it’s too much to talk about. kelvin is one of the greatest person i've ever met in my life. we've had spent countless hours in classes and briefing rooms. back in the days of dcat, kelvin would walk inside the class and did his job as a "penghulu". making everyone feel at home. he knows how to lead, he can talk very well, and he can tame a beast with his great leadership ability. we really do miss him. but yeah, life goes on. i sure hope one day we will see each other again.

as for the rest of us, all the laughs and jokes that we threw at fadzil, all the flu, fever and diarrheas we've had and pretend to have, the fights and arguments that sparked whenever we forgot to make someone feel important, it's all part of us already. we will never ever forget that. those are the things that made us knew more about each other. those are the colours of life. at the end of the day, after all of those gnarly circumstances, we still call ourselves the best of friends. not because we have to, but because we can, and we really are the best of friends. we're in the aviation industry. it's relatively big, yet it's still quite small. we surely will be seeing each other again in the future. if it's not in the cockpit or at the airport, we certainly will hear each other's voice embedded in the air radio frequencies.

life is short. and it's like a long colourful carpet that we continue to unroll feet by feet without knowing how long it is or what colour will come next. and all of this thoughts of mine inside this 5 paragraphed typings will keep appearing through my mind whenever i flick that blue shaded hard cover sketchbook.

The Last Time

today i brought the awesome to apft for the last and final juncture. me and joe was the subject for the whole tuesday, and it made us feel very cocky and all we do was just brag to our friends on how good we are on defining and refining the phrase "bringing the awesome" in exquisite detail. at the end of the day, me and joe walked away from apft with a black eye and a painful memory due to the arrogance that we threw in intentionally... in the movies, that's what they call the "introduction twist".

but the real story was, me and joe had a lot of fun taking photos, and it was good to see our friends and instructors who were there supporting the both of us. those guys played an important role in our life here and they really are an amazing group of people. all the things that we've all been through together either good or bad, was just a method of traveling towards realizing our goal in becoming an aviator. i'm going to put in lots of appreciation on that for sure.

his name is hasib... or haseeb. i forgot the real spelling of his name. but it could be any of those two... i think. in any case, he's from syria and ever since day one, each time i see him i would yell "chris! what's up?". i mean look at him. judge it by yourself. it's almost impossible not to call him "chris" due to the great resemblance he bears with chris daughtry. sometimes it bugs him out, but yeah... i'm just saying.

this is me and capt. barry. he is from new zealand and he is a great instructor. he knows about flying and the aviation industry like the back of his hands. i've learned a lot from him. all of my night flying and twin-engine sorties were commanded by him. and all i can say is that he is good. really good.

capt. zeenu. on my first day in apft, he declared that he is a very open type of person. he said that you can talk about anything with him. and yes he really meant that. you can really have a good laugh with him. and not to forget, he also follows my blog.

and last but not least, the batch 21 guys. these guys are the type of person that you can instantly adapt as your new best friend. they have great sense of respect, and they're just not boring. all they do is laugh. i dig their healthy lifestyle. they are all jocular people and really know how to keep things fresh just by throwing words at you. you can really go beyond the horizon when you have words with these guys. especially with the dude standing at the most right hand side of the picture. he's very witty and his jokes are clever. he can make the biggest of man feel very small. faez, thanks for bringing me back down to earth.

Seizing The Day Forlornly

it is 1800 hrs. today was quite a full and hectic day. nevertheless, it felt the same... except the double in price of food and the delightedness that you get from the facilities that's been provided for entertainment is multiplied by 10. yes, i'm talking about kuala lumpur of course.

i arrived here yesterday. and oh boy, all i can say is that time really moves at a very slow rate whenever you're alone. from waking up early in the morning, to eating breakfast, to all the time that i spend inside the cab and light rail transits. all of them felt very sluggish. of course, if you're with a group of people, you won't be feeling this. because all of this weird personal thoughts of mine is only logical if you're doing everything solitarily.

but the thing is, you can learn a lot whenever you're by yourself. before proceeding with a decision, lots of thinking will be going on and snap decision making will also exist at the same time without external assist. and the beauty of this, is that all of those happens nonchalantly.

it's like painting an artwork. you can't produce a great idea for your masterpiece whenever you're with the crowd. but put it in a room with only you and the canvas, for sure the brush will start moving. you paint your own life when you're alone.

since i've already started typing, i would like to express and maybe share my full excitement for being able to satisfy zul's resolution for 2009. it's in his latest post. so yeah, we're just merely approaching a week in this new year, and i've already fulfilled his needs. i am awesome. i am like santa clause of the new age. and no one can do this except me. and does this paragraph have enough bragging words from me to make you click the red "X" button at the top right hand corner of your screen? i guess the answer is yes. so ok, lets move on and make sure you give me a big slap if you stumble upon me and in addition to that, say "this is your painful reminder!". by that time, if i don't cry, then i'll be making a fake smile, pretending to be cool with it.

anyway, speaking of smile, i would like to write something about it. as i know, day and age are basically the same thing i.e both of them are the effects of time and how life is measured. now i'm not trying to sound like a philosopher here, but i just wanted to apprise about how time affects the way people smile. before this, for most of us i think we all grew up in an environment where people smile like this.

joe did a good job in promoting his white teeth. at least the photographer can still yell out his old cliché "say cheese!". nowadays people don't smile. they do this.

that sort of "new generation smile" is poison. miley cyrus loves doing it. my friends have a liking for doing it. everyone! whenever you browse through your social networking friends, keep your eyes open. if you're not the one whose doing it, then you will find your friends who are still living with it. but that vicious smile WILL be there. and yeah, i did try doing it too. during that time, it felt like the spotlight is totally on me. it's like as if i'm the only one in that very space. but later, only god knows how hard i laugh when i look at it. here is the photo. a dumb face, covered in regrets.

that is a nightmare isn't it? every desire of doing that grin is an agony for all camera lenses. just imagine if fadzil does it. but that would be a money shot though... think about it and have a good laugh. so as for the ramblings, this is as far as it goes. i leave you with a photo of fadzil that's been nominated for the best smile of 2008 in the world portrait photography award.

The Last Transmission

last year somewhere in november, with 13 hours clocked inside my logbook, i go for my first solo flight and own the callsign "apac 1052". yesterday i went for my last solo sortie, thus ending the period of my own callsign. i am going to miss using that callsign. after this, for the twin engine exercises, i'll only be using my instructor's callsign. so yeah, that's the end of apac 1052.

ok don't cry, let's talk about my last sortie. it's a solo sortie, but since it's a cross country flight and the total duration is about 3.5 hours, i decided to bring my mutual partner asyraf. he is one of the best people i’ve ever known. we mutualled(don't think that word as a word) most of our cpl flights together, spending countless hours on navigation and instrument excercises. we worked together, laughed, and played jokes. lots of awesome time has been spent. and i really appreciate his willingness to follow me on my last flight.
