greetings from grandma's!

that's how i'd start the paragraph if i had time to type my pointless ramblings in penang when i visited my grandparents last friday. right now im home in kota bharu. so in other words, im very awesome. which in this case, makes no sense at all. the flight took 50 minutes on a fokker 50, and the ride was all bumpy and getting bumpier and bumpier. up to a point where your body is used to the bump sensation that a smooth flight will feel very awkward.

my cousin kay and his family, arrived later that night and me and my brother jaidi a.k.a "jd" went to pick him up at the airport. kay's hair is getting longer and from my eyes it really mirrored the future hiro nakamura.

we had lunch at amandari and after that, we went to gurney plaza. when the night strikes, everything was as usual. it's like a bunch of guys which at first unaware that they are related to each other but then soon realized that they're blood brothers and later they almost fell in love. then they sat in a room that consist of guitars and computers and water and later on...burgers while asking for some clean, good, wholesome fun. and there was even a serious discussion about a clown who can make the world go nuts just by squeezing his nose. it made us questioned ourselves about the very detail of our being and at the same time not embarrassing each other to the extent where we need to change our names in order to live normally again.

and with just three days, we still have time to do things that are unnecessary. from how gnarly it gets when jd met a stranger at the airport, to kay posing like an ancient mythological figure in front of a graffiti and how jazmi puts his foot in his mouth using only the internet. i hope i still have friends afterwards.
